The Village Farms can host your next event at our Clubhouse or Pool!
Are you planning a family gathering, club meeting, anniversary or wedding celebration? Why not choose our Clubhouse or Pool and make your event memorable with convenient, comfortable, and spacious amenities?
The Clubhouse includes a full kitchen, large restrooms, and two floors available for rent. In the summer, the pool is also made available for rent. Rentals are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Non-residents may rent the facilities, provided a resident sponsors the rental.

We also have an Audio-Visual package available for rent which includes a 10′ diagonal screen, a bright HD projector, and internet access, perfect for presentations, slideshows and video. Please inquire for more details.

We welcome your inquiry about renting our facilities and our Property Manager is happy to provide tours as well as answer any questions you have. We want your event to be a success!
