All residents must have a verified pool card on-file with the office, with dues paid in full, in order to enjoy the pool. These were mailed with the Annual Dues Notice.

Snack Shack
Every day the pool is open, our concession stand will be open from Noon-4. This year we’ve expanded our menu. Corn dogs, water, pop, candy, pretzels, ice cream and lots more! Bring your money to the pool this summer and enjoy a treat at the VF Snack Shack!
Swim Lessons
Our pool company will be offering private swim lessons for children of residents at the Village Farms pool this summer. Pyle’s Pools provides the instructors and coordinates the scheduling for us. Pool Rules and Regulations
The Rules and Regulations have been instituted by The Village Farms Board of Directors for the safety and enjoyment of all residents. The rules were last updated in May, 2019 and are posted at the pool.
