Please join us remotely on April 21st at 7:00pm for the Annual Meeting of The Village Farms HOA. The purpose of the annual meeting, as outlined in the bylaws, is to:
- Review the budget for our fiscal year (May 2020-April 2021). This is the accurate budget for your review. Please note, the budget mailed in this year's annual mailing was incorrect and should be discarded - we apologize for any confusion.
- Determine the outcome of the board member election
- Elect the HOA officers for the year
To show your support for our community, please consider attending the Annual Meeting and the April board meeting that will immediately follow.
Details on joining the web meeting via Zoom will be emailed to each resident for whom we have an email address.
