The Village Farms community has a long-standing tradition of aquatic excellence, and we’re excited to welcome you back for another wonderful pool season! Our beautiful pool facilities are a perfect place to relax, unwind, and connect with neighbors, all included as part of your annual dues.
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, all residents are required to have a verified pool card on file with the office and must have their annual dues paid in full. Pool cards are mailed along with the residents’ Annual Dues Notice.

The Rules and Regulations were established by the Village Farms Board of Directors to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all residents. These rules were last updated in May 2019 and are displayed at the pool.

Snack Shack
The concession stand at the pool will be open every day that the pool is open. This year, we’ve expanded our menu to include corn dogs, water, soda, candy, pretzels, ice cream, and much more! Remember to bring your money to the pool this summer and enjoy a treat at the VF Snack Shack!

Swim Lessons
Our pool company is excited to announce that we will be offering private swim lessons for children of Village Farms residents at the Village Farms pool this summer. Pyle’s Pools will provide the instructors and manage the scheduling for the lessons. With small class sizes and convenient time slots available, it’s a great opportunity for your children to learn to swim!
