The Village Farms Clubhouse is located at 453 E. Greyhound Pass Carmel, IN 46032 and is available for rent to both resident and non-resident users throughout the year.
The Village Farms Swimming Pool is available for rent to Village Farms residents during season. Complete with new Bath House and Vending Area.

The Barn @ The Village Farms
Located at the corner of Adios Pass and Greyhound Pass, The Village Farms Clubhouse is available for private parties including Club Meetings, Birthday Parties, Bridal and Baby Showers and Retirement Parties.
With two levels, the clubhouse can accommodate up to 250 people very comfortably. The upper level features a small kitchen area. The lower level features a bar area.
Although we do not provide food service, you may arrange to bring your own or hire the caterer of your choice to provide food. Note the clean-up deposit is higher for foodservice events.
