The Spring Village Farms Garage Sale will be held this weekend May 1st and 2nd, 2009.


Due to the City of Westfield’s sign ordinance, we need to follow the following requirements:

• Village Farms will place the garage sale announcement signs at the entrances.
• Residents should not post any signs on street poles, as they will be removed by Westfield employees.
• You should pick up signs for your mailbox, indicating that you are having a sale at your home.
• signs can be attached to the mailbox.
• Village Farms will advertise for the garage sale in local papers.

Signs will be available on Friday, from 4 PM until 6 PM, at our property manager Maureen Schriner's office. (lower level of the clubhouse by the tennis courts)
