Village Farms Trash Cans Should Be Stored Out Of Sight |

Village Farms residents: Seems many of us are running out of room in our garages and mini barns and have started to store our trash cans in plain site. This is a Covenant Violation.
Article V General Prohibitions Section 6 states: “Every outdoor receptacle for ... trash, rubbish, or garbage shall be ... so placed and kept as to not be visible from any street within the Development at any time, except at the times when refuse collections are being made.”
In addition, Article IV Section 6 (c) states: “The owner of any lot in the Development... Must prevent the existence of any other condition that reasonably tends to detract from or diminish the aesthetic appearance of the Development."
Please comply and keep your garbage cans out of site until trash day. Thanks, Oscar the Grouch.
